These terms apply to the FinWork website at https://finwork.tech and to FinWork's connected tools, operated from Bangkok, Thailand. By using them you agree to these terms.
What FinWork provides
Digital marketing, CRM and AI automation services for businesses. Its TikTok integration lets an account owner read their own TikTok profile and public video information, using TikTok Login Kit and the Display API, for their own content planning.
Your account and permissions
You may connect only a TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage; you choose what to authorize and can revoke access at any time in TikTok settings; you must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms when using the integration.
Acceptable use
You will not use FinWork to break the law, infringe others' rights, collect data about people without permission, or interfere with TikTok's or any other platform's services.
Data
How information is handled is described in the FinWork Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is". Platform features and APIs can change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FinWork is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tools.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or stop offering a tool at any time. You may stop using it at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
