FinWork is a digital marketing and CRM service based in Bangkok, Thailand. This policy explains how FinWork tools that connect to TikTok and other platforms handle information.
What the TikTok integration does
FinWork uses TikTok Login Kit and the Display API for one purpose: to let the owner of a TikTok account read that account's own profile information and public videos, so the owner can plan and review their own content. It does not post, delete, message or follow on anyone's behalf.
What information we access
With the account owner's permission only, we may access basic profile information (display name, avatar, TikTok open ID), account statistics (follower, following, like and video counts), and public video information (titles, dates, view, like and comment counts). We do not access private messages, passwords, or payment details.
How we use and store it
Used only to produce the owner's own reports and content plans. Stored on the owner's own computer and private systems. Not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and not used for advertising or profiling. Access tokens are kept in a private configuration file that is not published.
Retention and deletion
We keep this information only as long as it is needed. The account owner can revoke FinWork's access at any time in TikTok settings (Security and permissions) and can ask us to delete any stored information by contacting us through the contact form on this website.
Children
These tools are not intended for anyone under 18 and do not knowingly collect information about children.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
